We’ve supplied giveaways to over 400 companies in Egypt since 2012 — banks, pharma reps, real estate developers, tourism operators, and everything in between. Some of those orders were brilliant. A few, honestly, were money wasted on items nobody kept.
This list is built from what actually gets reordered. If a client comes back the next year and asks for the same item again, that item earned its place here.
One rule before the list: match the item to the moment. A EGP 40 pen is perfect at a trade show booth and insulting as a handover gift for someone who just bought a 5-million-pound apartment. Most gifting mistakes are matching mistakes, not budget mistakes.
Budget Picks (Under EGP 100 per piece)

These work when quantity matters — exhibitions, conferences, mass staff events.
1. Plastic pens with your logo. Boring? Yes. Effective? Also yes. A pen travels — it gets borrowed, left on desks, taken home. Order more than you think you need because half of them will walk away, and that’s the point.
2. Custom keychains. Our most reordered small item. Metal reads more premium than acrylic for a small price difference. Real estate companies order these shaped like their compound logos and they photograph well at handovers.
3. Wristbands and lanyards. Essential for events with entry control. Print the event name, not just your logo — people keep event memorabilia longer than pure branding.
4. Stress balls. They get squeezed in meetings, sit on desks for years, and cost very little. We did 250 of these for Jotun this year in their brand colors. Shape them like your product if you can — a paint bucket, a pill, a house.

5. Paper bags. Not a gift by themselves, but the thing that carries every other gift. A sturdy laminated bag with good printing gets reused for weeks. Skip the thin kraft option for anything client-facing — it tears, and your logo tears with it.
6. Sticky notes and desk pads. Pharma reps love these for clinic visits. Doctors actually use them, which is more than can be said for most pharma giveaways.
Mid-Range Workhorses (EGP 100–400)

The sweet spot for client visits, onboarding kits, and end-of-year gifts.
7. Custom notebooks. Our best-selling category, and the numbers back it up — hardcover notebooks with a logo debossed (not printed — debossed) get carried into meetings for a year or more. Add a pen loop. Small detail, people notice.
8. Ceramic mugs. The office classic. Full-color printing is now cheap enough that there’s no excuse for a plain logo on white. One tip from experience: dark-colored mugs hide coffee stains and look newer for longer in office kitchens.
9. Thermal mugs and travel tumblers. Cairo traffic made this category. Anyone commuting from October or New Cairo drinks their coffee in the car, and your logo rides along every morning.
10. Metal pens in gift boxes. The difference between a EGP 15 pen and a EGP 150 pen isn’t the writing — it’s that one gets a box and gets kept. If the recipient signs contracts for a living, give them something worthy of a signature.
11. Mouse pads. Making a comeback with the work-from-home crowd. The large desk-mat style (70x30cm) is what people actually want now, not the small square ones from 2010.
12. Tote bags. Canvas if the audience is younger or sustainability-minded, non-woven if you need 1,000 pieces on a budget. Totes are billboard space — go bold with the design, not just a small logo in the corner.
13. Card holders. Underrated. Compact, useful, and they signal “business” in a way a mug never will. Good for banking and consulting audiences.
14. Custom USB drives. Still relevant in Egypt despite the cloud, especially in industries that move large design files or don’t trust email attachments. Load your company profile onto it before delivery — it’s free advertising space.
Eco-Friendly Options (Growing Fast)
Multinationals started demanding these in RFQs, and local companies followed. If your client has an ESG report, gift accordingly.
15. Bamboo drinkware. Bamboo-lid flasks and bamboo-detail mugs look genuinely premium — this isn’t a compromise category anymore. Laser engraving on bamboo also lasts longer than any printed logo.
16. Wheat straw power banks. Yes, wheat straw. It’s a plastic alternative made from crop waste, and the power bank works exactly like a normal one — 10,000mAh, wireless charging, built-in cables. It’s also a conversation starter, which is the entire job of a giveaway.
17. Recycled-cable chargers (rPET). A 3-in-1 charging cable made from recycled bottles. Everyone needs a spare cable. Nobody throws away a spare cable. That’s the math.
18. Wooden keychains and desk items. Warmer look than metal, engraves beautifully, and fits any “natural” brand story.
Tech & Premium (EGP 400+)

For VIP clients, executives, and moments that matter.
19. Power banks. The most requested tech item across our entire 2026 order book. Get 10,000mAh minimum — the slim 5,000 ones die too fast and reflect on your brand.
20. Wireless chargers. Desk-friendly, daily-use, and they make even a mid-size gift set feel current.
21. Smart notebooks. Notebooks with erasable/scannable pages. We supplied 60+ of these to KOICA (the Korean embassy’s development agency) this year — institutional buyers love items that feel innovative without being gimmicky.
22. Bluetooth speakers. Risky at the cheap end (bad sound = bad brand memory), excellent at the mid range. Best saved for raffle prizes and top-tier gifts rather than mass distribution.

23. VIP gift sets. The single biggest shift we’ve seen in Egyptian corporate gifting: companies replacing one expensive item with a curated boxed set — leather notebook, metal pen, power bank, card holder, together in a branded box. A 4-piece set outperforms any single item at the same total price because at least one piece ends up in daily use. Real estate developers use these for property handovers; the box matters as much as the contents.
Seasonal Plays

24. Ramadan gift boxes. Branded dates boxes and Ramadan-themed sets. The critical part is timing: confirm your order 6–8 weeks before Ramadan or you’ll be choosing from whatever’s left. Every year someone calls us two weeks before iftar season and every year the answer is the same.
25. Summer kits. Caps, cooling towels, insulated bottles, beach totes. Summer became its own gifting season in Egypt — company sahel trips, outdoor events, staff appreciation in the heat. Our summer collection orders now rival year-end volumes.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the minimum order for corporate giveaways in Egypt? Most items on this list start at 50 pieces. Premium and VIP sets can go as low as 25 units. Anything under those numbers usually isn’t worth the printing setup cost — for either side.
How much should I budget per person? Rough 2026 ranges: EGP 30–100 for event giveaways, EGP 150–400 for client and staff gifts, EGP 600–2,500+ for VIP sets. The honest advice: fewer, better items beat more, cheaper items in every case we’ve measured by reorders.
How long does production take? Standard items with printing: 3–5 working days. Full custom shapes or imported components: 10–14 weeks. Ramadan , public holidays, and year-end: add a buffer, because everyone orders at once.
Can I mix items into one custom set? Yes — that’s most of what we do now. Pick items, we source the box, and everything ships assembled and ready to hand over.
